Application Requirements
We're thrilled that you're interested in joining our business community! This is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and grow together. Before you apply, please review the following requirements to ensure you can fully participate in our community activities:
1. Language Proficiency
- Applicants must have a good conversational level of English to ensure effective communication within the community.
2. Monthly Online Meetings
- You must be able to commit to attending at least one monthly meeting via Google Meet (preferred) or Zoom. It’s important that you have a stable internet connection with sufficient data/bandwidth to participate in an hour-long video call without interruptions.
3. Community Impact
- A passion for using your business to make a positive impact on others and the wider community is essential. We are looking for entrepreneurs who are motivated not only by personal success but by the potential to bring about positive change.
4. Video Submission
- Please upload a short video (no longer than 10 minutes) where you introduce yourself, describe your business, the current stage of your business, and the areas where you seek guidance or support. This will help us better understand if you are a fit for the community and how the community can support your growth.
5. Pay-It-Forward Commitment
- Our community operates on a pay-it-forward basis. While membership is free to entrepreneurs from the continent of Africa, you are expected to share the knowledge and skills you acquire with others. This model ensures that the benefits of your learning extend beyond yourself to positively impact the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem in your region.
